營繕組主要業務
1.辦理全校新建工程之規劃施工、土木設施修繕、校園景觀規劃施工、零星修繕工程、宿舍各項整修工程、運動場地及設施修繕等。
2.空調及水電設施修繕、電梯故障維修之連絡及督導、電信系統維修、高壓變電設備之裝設維護及節電節能電力監控、消防設備及高壓變電設備維護等。
3.全校校區小型水電維修、水電緊急搶修、電話維修、電信申裝機、全校總機維護作。
4.全校校區小型修繕工作由申請人透過營繕報修申請系統提報,系統接收後,分派承辦人員前往修繕。大型整建工程循預算程序核定經費後,進行規劃設計施工。

1. Handling the planning and construction of new projects across the entire school, repairing civil engineering facilities, planning and constructing campus landscapes, carrying out minor repair works, various dormitory renovation projects, and repairing sports facilities and venues.
2. Repairing air conditioning and electrical facilities, coordinating and supervising elevator maintenance, repairing telecommunication systems, installing and maintaining high-voltage transformer equipment, monitoring energy-saving electricity usage, and maintaining firefighting equipment and high-voltage transformer equipment.
3. Performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs within the school campus, handling emergency electrical and plumbing repairs, repairing telephones, installing telecommunication devices, and maintaining the school's main switchboard.
4. Minor repair works within the school campus should be reported by the applicants through the construction and maintenance repair application system. Once the system receives the report, personnel will be assigned to carry out the repair. Major renovation projects will proceed with planning, design, and construction after the budget approval process.
