General Affairs Office Notice
 
*校內舉辦大型活動期間,請本校教職員工出入校門,避開進、退場時間,以免交通堵塞,耽誤時間,並注意人車安全。
During large-scale events on campus, faculty and staff are advised to avoid entering or leaving the campus during peak entry and exit times to prevent traffic congestion and delays. Please also pay attention to the safety of both pedestrians and vehicles.

一、本校春假期間為3月29日至4月6日放假。
Our university's spring break will be from March 29th to April 6th.

農夫市集,人數約350人。
Farmers' Market, with approximately 350 people.
 
語言中心辦理全民英檢,人數約600人。
NCHU Language Center is holding the General English Proficiency Test (GEPT), with approximately 600 people.

語言中心辦理多益測驗,人數約400人。
NCHU Language Center is holding the TOEIC test, with approximately 400 people.
 
國際扶輪社3462地區,租用惠蓀堂辦理「地區年會」,活動時間(進場約)08:00至10;00(退場約)20:00至22:00),人數約2000人。Rotary International District 3462 rent Hui-Sun Hall to hold the "District Conference."
Event time: Entry from approximately 08:00 to 10:00, Exit from approximately 20:00 to 22:00, with approximately 2000 people.
 

二、 春假期間車輛入校,大門口及西側門仍依車牌辨識進出校園。
During the spring break period, vehicles entering the campus will continue to use license plate recognition at both the main gate and the west gate for access.

三、 春假期間請本校教職員工外出注意安全。
Faculty and staff are advised to pay attention to personal safety when going out during the spring break.

四、 請各單位於放假前應確實做好下列各項防範工作:
All departments must ensure the following preventive measures are properly implemented before the holiday:
  1. 各系館辦公室私人財物、實驗室及貴重儀器器材室,應加強安全防護措施,以減少損失。
      Strengthen security measures for personal belongings in offices, laboratories, and rooms with valuable instruments to minimize potential losses.
  2. 請確實做好門窗緊閉、出入口門禁等防竊措施。
      Ensure doors and windows are securely closed and implement access control measures to prevent theft.
  3. 請檢查水電設施,將不使用之電器插頭拔除,以防止能源耗損或意外事件發生。
      Inspect water and electrical systems, and unplug unused electrical devices to prevent energy waste or accidents.

五、 校內各單位如有辦理活動或會議,請務必事先通知本校駐警隊(電話:22840286)協調因應辦法。
Any department planning to hold events or meetings on campus must notify the campus security team in advance (Tel: 22840286) to coordinate necessary arrangements.
