Campus Security Team, Office of General Affairs -Notice

 

*校內舉辦大型活動期間,請本校教職員工出入校門,避開進、退場時間,以免交通堵塞,耽誤時間,並注意人車安全。

During large-scale events held on campus, all faculty and staff are kindly requested to avoid entering and exiting the campus during peak traffic hours to prevent congestion and delays. Please also pay attention to pedestrian and vehicle safety.

Farmers’ Market, with approximately 350 attendees.

 

萬星傳播股份有限公司租用惠蓀堂,辦理「鑽石舞台之夜演唱會」演唱會,活動時間:18:0021:00,人數約4000人。.

Wan-Hsing Media Co., Ltd. has rented Hui-Sun Hall to host the “Diamond Stage Night Concert” from 18:00 to 21:00, with approximately 4,000 attendees.

萬星傳播股份有限公司租用惠蓀堂,辦理「鑽石舞台之夜演唱會」演唱會,活動時間:16:0019:00,人數約4000人。

Wan-Hsing Media Co., Ltd. has rented Hui-Sun Hall to host the “Diamond Stage Night Concert” from 16:00 to 19:00, with approximately 4,000 attendees.

 

語言中心辦理劍橋英檢,人數約150人。

The Language Center is administering the Cambridge English test, with approximately 150 attendees.

 

二、 校內各單位如有辦理活動或會議,請務必事先通知本校駐警隊(電話:22840286)協調因應辦法。

Any department planning to hold events or meetings on campus must notify the campus security team in advance (Tel: 22840286) to coordinate necessary arrangements.
