＊校內舉辦大型活動期間，請本校教職員工進出校門時留意活動時段，可視情況避開進、退場尖峰時間，
另可利用東一門及東二門開放時段(詳見表格註)，以避免交通堵塞造成延誤，並請注意人車通行安全。
＊During major campus events, faculty and staff are advised to pay attention to event schedules and, when possible, avoid entering or leaving the campus during peak arrival and departure times.
Please also make use of the opening hours at East Gate 1 and East Gate 2 (see table notes for details) to reduce traffic congestion and delays, and remain mindful of pedestrian and vehicle safety.

中興大學EMBA校友會租用惠蓀堂，辦理「2026興傳傳愛演唱會」，活動時間：18:30至21:30，人數約4000人，預估入校車量為450台。. The NCHU EMBA Alumni Associatio has rented Hui-Sun Hall to host the “2026 Xing Chuan Charity Concert, ” scheduled from 18:30 to 21:30, with approximately 4,000 attendees. The estimated number of vehicles entering the campus is 450.

綜合大樓舉辦中部地區台中考區環保專業證照訓練測驗，人數約800人。 The Teaching Complex Building is hosting the Central Taiwan Taichung Examination Area Environmental Protection Professional Certification Training Examination, with approximately 800 attendees. |

綜合教學大樓舉辦全民英檢中高級聽讀測驗，人數約400人。 The Teaching Complex Building is hosting the GEPT High-Intermediate Listening and Reading Test, with approximately 400 attendees. |
|
|
|
語言中心辦理培力英檢，人數約100人。 The Language Center is administering the BEST Test of English Proficiency（BESTEP）, with approximately 100 attendees. |
|
|
|
小禮堂舉辦2026 台中市科丁黑客松科技素養競賽，人數約100人 The Small Auditorium will host the “2026 Taichung City Coding Hackathon and Technology Literacy Competition,” with approximately 100 participants expected. |

二、 校內各單位如有辦理活動或會議，請務必事先通知本校駐警隊（電話：22840286）協調因應辦法。
Any department planning to hold events or meetings on campus must notify the campus security team in advance (Tel: 22840286) to coordinate necessary arrangements.
三、 東一門及東二門開放時間請依當日管制公告為準。
The opening hours for East Gate 1 and East Gate 2 are subject to the day’s traffic control announcement.
