2026城鎮韌性（防空）演習－中部地區將於8月10日舉行

2026 Urban Resilience (Air-Defense) Exercise – Central Taiwan to Be Held on August 10

2026年城鎮韌性（防空）演習中部地區（包括苗栗縣、臺中市、南投縣、彰化縣、雲林縣、嘉義市及嘉義縣）將於8月10日（星期一）14時30分至15時00分實施。

演習期間將實施警報傳遞、疏散避難、交通管制及災害救援等演練，請全體教職員工生及洽公民眾配合軍、警及民防人員引導，依規定進行防空疏散避難。

本校北大門及西大門將配合實施車輛管制，敬請留意進出校門時間。

另配合本次演習，中部地區將同步辦理「行動通訊網路受阻」演練，演習期間4G／5G行動網路可能降速，惟語音通話、簡訊、110、119及災防告警服務仍可正常使用，請預為因應。未依民防法及相關規定配合演習者，各地方政府得依法裁處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。

The 2026 Urban Resilience (Air-Defense) Exercise for Central Taiwan—including Miaoli County, Taichung City, Nantou County, Changhua County, Yunlin County, Chiayi City, and Chiayi County—will be conducted on Monday, August 10, from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

During the exercise, air-raid warnings, evacuation procedures, traffic control, and emergency response operations will be carried out. All faculty, staff, students, and visitors are requested to follow the instructions of military personnel, police officers, and civil defense staff and proceed to designated shelters as directed.

The North Gate and West Gate of National Chung Hsing University will implement vehicle access control during the exercise. Please plan your travel accordingly.

In addition, Central Taiwan will conduct a mobile network disruption exercise during the drill. 4G and 5G mobile data services may experience reduced speeds; however, voice calls, SMS, emergency alerts, and emergency services (110 and 119) will remain available.
