中央氣象局報告,位於巴士海峽之熱帶性低氣壓,將增強為輕度颱風丹納絲逼近台灣,預計7月6日風雨最大,影響台灣最為劇烈。各系所單位同仁建請事先完成下列防災整備:General Affairs Office Notice
According to the Central Weather Bureau, the tropical depression located in the Bashi Channel is expected to intensify into Typhoon Danas and approach Taiwan. The storm is forecast to bring its strongest winds and rainfall on the July 6th, during which Taiwan will be most severely affected. All departments and personnel are advised to complete the following disaster preparedness measures in advance:
1.各單位及館所,針對1樓或地下室可先行撤離之設備及圖書、公文檔案、電腦、車輛等,應先行移置高處。
All units and facilities should relocate movable equipment, books, official documents, computers, vehicles, etc., from the first floor or basement to a higher location.
2.各系館辦公室、實驗室及貴重儀器器材室,應加強防護措施,以減少損失。
Strengthen protective measures in offices, laboratories, and rooms with valuable instruments to minimize potential losses.
3.即刻派員清理大樓之屋頂漏水孔及週邊排水溝,以防止積水及排水不良。
Immediately dispatch personnel to clear roof drainage holes and surrounding drainage ditches of buildings to prevent water accumulation and poor drainage.
4.確實做好水電管制措施,以防止能源耗損及意外事件發生。
Ensure proper control of water and electricity to prevent energy loss and accidents.
5.建築物冷氣室外機於颱風前後應檢查是否牢固,避免掉落發生危險。
Check the stability of outdoor air conditioning units before and after the typhoon to avoid the risk of them falling.
6.確實固定容易脫落之外掛物,下班前務必緊閉門窗,防止雨水及強風侵入。
Secure any items that may come loose. Close doors and windows tightly before leaving work to prevent the intrusion of rain and strong winds.
7.車輛請勿停放樹下及施工中之工地等易有樹枝(幹)、懸掛物掉落的地區,以避免造成損失。
Do not park vehicles under trees or in construction sites where branches, trunks, or hanging objects may fall, to avoid potential damage.
