中央氣象署今日上午11時30分發布凱米陸上颱風警報,氣象署表示,陸上警戒範圍包含新北、宜花東等,海上警戒範圍則是台灣北部、東半部海面及巴士海峽;目前預估明天深夜至25日清晨之間,颱風中心在宜蘭登陸的機率最高。隨著凱米接近,風雨將逐漸增強,今晚起至明天西半部、東北部地區及各地山區有陣雨或雷雨並易有大雨或豪雨,尤其西半部山區須注意局部大豪雨等級雨勢,請各單位要預作準備。

The Central Weather Bureau issued a land typhoon warning for Typhoon Kaemi at 11:30 AM today. The bureau stated that the land warning covers New Taipei, Yilan, Hualien, and Taitung. The marine warning applies to the northern and eastern seas of Taiwan, as well as the Bashi Channel. Currently, the highest probability for the typhoon to make landfall is in Yilan between late night tomorrow and early morning on the 25th. As Kaemi approaches, wind and rain will gradually intensify. From tonight until tomorrow, there will be showers or thunderstorms in the western and northeastern regions, as well as mountain areas, with the likelihood of heavy or torrential rain. Particularly in the western mountainous areas, heavy localized downpours are expected. The public is advised to make necessary preparations.
 

各系所單位同仁建請完成下列防災整備:
All department and sections colleagues are requested to complete the following disaster preparedness measures:
 
一、各單位及館所,針對1樓或地下室可先行撤離之設備及圖書、公文檔案、電腦、車輛等,應先行移置高處。
For all units and buildings, equipment, books, documents, computers, vehicles, etc., that can be relocated from the first floor or basement should be moved to higher ground.

二、各系館辦公室、實驗室及貴重儀器器材室,應加強防護措施,以減少損失
Offices, laboratories, and rooms with valuable instruments and equipment should enhance protective measures to minimize loss.

三、即刻派員清理大樓之屋頂漏水孔及週邊排水溝,以防止積水及排水不良。
Assign personnel immediately to clean the building roofs and surrounding drainage ditches to prevent water accumulation and drainage issues.

四、確實做好水電管制措施,以防止能源耗損及意外事件發生。
Ensure proper control of water and electricity to prevent energy waste and accidents.

五、確實固定容易脫落之外掛物,下班前務必緊閉門窗,防止雨水及強風侵入。
Secure all loose exterior items, and be sure to close windows and doors tightly before leaving work to prevent water and wind damage.

六、車輛請勿停放樹下及施工中之工地等易有樹枝(幹)、懸掛物掉落的地區,以避免造成損失。
Do not park vehicles under trees or in construction areas where branches or other hanging objects may fall, to avoid potential damage.
