【通知事項】Office of General Affairs Notice
【Notice】
一、 本校於3月30日至4月7日放春假,連假期間請本校教職員工外出注意人車安全。
Our school will be on spring break from March 30th to April 7th. During the holiday, we kindly remind all faculty and staff to pay attention to pedestrian and vehicular safety when going out.
二、 請各單位於放假前應確實做好下列各項防範工作:
Prior to the holiday, each department is required to effectively implement the following preventive measures:
1. 各系館辦公室私人財物、實驗室及貴重儀器器材室,應加強安全防護措施,以減少損失。
Enhance security measures for personal belongings in departmental offices, laboratories, and rooms containing valuable equipment to minimize losses.
2. 請確實做好門窗緊閉、出入口門禁等防竊措施。
Ensure proper closure of doors and windows and implement theft prevention measures such as access control at entrances and exits.
3.請檢查水電設施,將不使用之電器插頭拔除,以防止能源耗損或意外事件發生。
Inspect water and electricity facilities, unplug electrical plugs that are not in use to prevent energy waste or accidents.
